Everyone was so impressed with the day

We recently got married at Matilda Bay Reserve with Jacqui (Weddings & Events Unlimited) planning the day for us. Jacqui was just so amazing! She was so great to work with, kept in regular communication, worked so smoothly with all of the vendors that she organised for us, was flexible with us changing plans at short notice, was calm and organised, was proactive with thinking of things we hadn’t considered, and just did all of the work for us! Everyone was so impressed with the day – the set up was stunning, the flowers were even better than we had expected, the food was delicious and service top notch. The DJ and band were fantastic and photographer so great to work with. We really could not have organised such a wonderful day ourselves without Jacqui and the amazing vendors, and would highly recommend Weddings & Events Unlimited. Jacqui is truly passionate and excited about all things wedding. She and her wedding event coordinators did a wonderful job with managing and running our wedding reception. Our wedding requests were pretty out there but Jacqui accepted them all in good stride and was just as excited about them as the both of us.

The partner vendors she uses are top quality and they provided delicious food, great décor/furniture and audio entertainment for our guests. All of our guests had a really great time and keep telling us how great everything was organised and run during the reception event.

We got married on the 26th November 2022 at Matilda Bay Reserve and Jacqui and her team took care of everything for us, all we had to do was make our styling and food selections and take care of our own outfits, absolutely everything else was planned, booked and co-ordinated by Jacqui. As we have a one year old daughter and very little spare time, knowing Jacqui was looking after all correspondence with vendors and managing the whole event was so comforting for us.
 Every detail of our wedding was just perfect, from the ceremony to the flowers to the food, the management staff, photographer, videographer, DJ, the cute horse float bar and of course the cake - our guests raved about the day and we had the best time celebrating! Some people see “wedding package” and think of cheap and tacky, but Weddings and Events Unlimited could not be further from this - they plan and deliver elegant, classy, personalised and quality weddings for an insanely affordable price. The packages are very flexible and can be added to as you wish, we added a marquee at the very last minute on Jacqui’s advice for warmth and it was the best decision. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for creating such a magical day for us. We had  four months to plan a wedding & I remember being in a massive panic when I first contacted you. We had the venues we wanted booked in but nothing else. You weren’t even phased by the short timeframe & pulled together a wedding that looked like it was twelve months if not more, in the making.

 The flowers were just esquisite. They were absolutely stunning! I am definitely not an expert on flowers, I knew I wanted pink & a protea but that was the only request I could give you & what Nicky & her team created blew away any expectation I had.

 Jacqui, the lead up to the wedding was flawless, you organised everything. The week of the wedding, when I said I hadn’t confirmed an external vendor you had already done it. We gave you additional pieces for the reception & when we arrived, there they were perfectly set up as we requested.

 The venues were absolutely magical. The most romantic, warm, intimate inviting reception  venue we have ever seen (I'll send some pics when we first walked in). We received so many compliments on just how beautiful it was. It was the coast meets vintage meets magical garden! The floral arrangements down the centre of the table with the LED candles created a romantic atmosphere. The bouquets placed on the gift table to give that an extra pop of colour. Everything had a purpose & a place & was set out to perfection.

 The vendors you use were all so professional & they had the upmost respect for you & your team. Our celebrant kept saying how we have the most amazing team working with us on the day. Everyone kept asking if we were stressed leading up to the wedding but we were far from it. We had complete trust in what you do,  as you are all amazing at it.

 Everything ran so smoothly. You & your team are the best in the business. Thank you again for creating the perfect wedding day for us.

You've been absolutely phenomenal, especially with supporting our postponement due to Covid, picking it all right back up from where we left off, and making the new adjustments! You created such an atmosphere of trust and professionalism we were able to spend the day focusing on each other and our family, instead of logistics! 

Our Celebrant Chelsea was so personable and easy to work with. Chelsea took the time to get to know us, so that it felt like a friend was overseeing the ceremony. Thank you Chelsea. 

Sweet Florals are truly magic, being able to turn screenshots and 'something like this?' into masterpieces. They also took great care in making sure that the bridal bouquet wasn't too heavy, accommodating my health conditions. Thank you Sweet Florals, you absolutely nailed it.  

Emma Pointon was incredibly versatile, and made this camera shy couple (not even selfies, seriously) feel completely at home. Emma was able to really get the best out of the environment around us, making for some spectacular shots.

Where do I even begin. Words cannot thank you enough for helping us plan and organise our day. With Covid and having to move the date you were so understanding and helpful with trying to sort a new date and coordinate everything all over again.

I can be a stress head even at the best of times and hands down I have felt so comfortable and trusting throughout the whole process that you had everything sorted.

It was the most beautiful day and couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s crazy how things turn out, I don’t feel it would have been the same in April.

Annie has a big heart and made us feel so calm and relaxed on the day. She was perfect for us :) The flowers were so beautiful and by far exceeded our expectations.
